Metrics
Rest assured, we aim to meet all of the metrics we promise. However, if numbers don't align to what is promised and you feel there's no room for us to make amends, we're open to discussing a refund.
This includes the number of:

- Strategic plans created
- Engagement achieved
- Articles published
- Followers gained
- Decks shared
- Posts made
- DM's sent
Just a heads-up, our success requires teamwork. If there is a shortfall on your end, such as providing content or attending meetings, it could affect your refund eligibility.
Communication
Please know that we're committed to prompt response times. If we consistently drop the ball and you're truly feeling left in the lurch, we'll certainly discuss a refund.
Here are our guidelines by medium:
- Left us an email? We aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
- Gave us a ring? Expect a callback, if missed, in about 2 hours.
- Shot us a message? We're usually right there, but give us up to 1 hour.
- Something pressing? We're on it and aim to address it within 1 hour.
Also note, kindness goes a long way. If your communication is overly aggressive or repetitive you might not get a response. We'll notify you if that's the case. Additionally, timely communication from your side helps us serve you better.
Partial Refunds
There are instances where a full refund might not be feasible:
- We count on your collaboration to deliver our services effectively. If there's a lapse on your end, you might only receive a partial refund.
- We invest a significant amount of resources upfront to serve you. Based on the services rendered, the refund amount might vary.

Service Termination
